Aftercare Advice

Thanks again for booking your Treatment with me.  I just wanted to give you some aftercare advice to help aid your recovery 


  • Drink plenty of water, this helps to flush out the toxins which were released during the treatment.


  • You may feel a little light-headed after the treatment, this is normal and will feel better after a short period of time.


  • Over the next 48 hours you may feel sore/achy, this is normal and you will feel better,  please let me know during your next treatment.


  • You may feel tired after the treatment, again, this is normal and if you have time to take a nap, then have one, your body will love it!

  • It may take a few treatments to fully aid your recovery, but if you notice your symptoms have improved then we are on the right track. 

  • Make a note of where you are now feeling tightness/pain and we can do further testing at your next appointment.


  • Attending Yoga or Pilates classes are a great way to help build your core muscles and to maintain flexibility.​
