After Care Advice

Drink plenty of water, this helps to flush out the toxins which were released during the treatment.

You may feel a little light-headed after the treatment, this is normal and will feel better after a short period of time.

Over the next 48 hours you may feel sore/achy, this is normal and you will feel better, please let me know during your next treatment.

You may feel tired after the treatment, again, this is normal and if you have time to take a nap, then have one, your body will love it!

It may take a few treatments to fully aid your recovery, but if you notice your symptoms have improved then we are on the right track. ​

Attending Yoga or Pilates classes are a great way to help build your core muscles and to maintain flexibility.​
