What is the best way to booking an appointment?

As I don’t have a receptionist, the best way to book in online.  If you are booking your first appointment, you will only be able to book and ‘Initial consultation’ this treatment will last 45 minutes and the £5 discount is already deducted.  Any subsequent treatments you will be then be able to book from a range of Treatments.

Do you massage men?

Yes I do Massage men.

Usually the partners/wives book and appointment first to check I am a not 'Dodgy' (which I am not, so if you are looking to have one of those Treatments, you will not find it here)

Question 3

Do I have to complete the consultation form online, can’t I do it on the day?

Accepted Answer

The online consultation form allows me to find out about yourself prior to the treatment, it also saves time, which allows me more time to Treat you.

I have already completed the consultation form previously but now your system wants me to complete it again.

Accepted Answer

To ensure I have the most up to date information about yourself, you will be asked to update the consultation form every 12 months.

Where can I park?

- Please avoid parking on the Yellow lines from 9:30 -10:00, Parking Wardens operate in the area.
- Also avoid parking outside my house, cars move too quickly around the bend of the road, not is not safe to leave your car there.
- There no lines opposite Marden Primary school on the opposite side of the road. You will also be able to park outside Marden Memorial Hall when the yellow lines are not in force. 
- Please avoid parking on the bend of the Road.

Question 7

Do I have to complete the ‘Reason for Visit’ form every time I can and see you?

If you are seeing me again with regard to the same presenting complaint, then you do not need to complete the ‘Reason for visit’ form.  If you are seeing me with a new problem, then please complete the ‘Reason for Visit’ form.

You are fully booked for the next few weeks, do you have a waiting list?

Apologies, but massage is a very physical occupation and I do restrict the number of clients I see each day. I do have a waiting list on the booking system. I do get cancellations, but they are not often.  So I would encourage you to join the waiting list and to also book an available appointment, in case I am unable to fit you in.
